NSW/ACT Account Manager – Highwood
Highwood is an Australian-founded, internationally expanding engineered wood products company, building a new global standard for wall systems and building performance. We’re looking for a motivated salesperson to join the team and to shape this rapidly evolving category of building materials.
We specialise in structural LVL rainscreen systems, designed to improve durability, moisture management, and compliance with evolving building codes.
Our flagship product range, HighFlow™, is a patented ventilated structural batten system that enables drained and ventilated cavities behind cladding and under roof — a rapidly emerging requirement across Australia, the United States, and Canada. Highwood manufactures a range of ventilated batten materials to deliver high performance housing outcomes.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a NSW-based Account Manager to lead growth across the state.
This role is primarily merchant-facing, working closely with building supply professionals in th residential construction industry.
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar) for pipeline, account, and activity management
- Strong capability using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience delivering in-person training and presentations to trade and customer groups
- Familiarity with field sales tools and mobile working environments
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with account management and territory planning
- Commercial understanding of pricing, margin, and profitability
- Confidence using digital tools for customer engagement (email, video calls, follow-ups)
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a territory-based role
