We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-growth U.S. startup backed by the founders of HubSpot, Typeform, and Apollo. Our mission is to reindustrialize the sector by replacing manual data entry and disconnected systems with intelligent, AI-driven workflows.

The Technical Challenge

This is a "Forward Deployed" style role where you won't just build features—you’ll build the platform that powers modern manufacturing:

• Direct Field Impact: You will work on-site in factories, embedded in customer environments to scope workflows and rapidly ship production-grade software.
• Platform Engineering: You’ll build reusable SDKs, adapters, and "golden paths" to make future deployments faster and more consistent.
• Full-Stack Ownership: You will own the full lifecycle from prototyping to hardening and deployment.
• Stack: Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Docker/K8s, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Experience: +3 years building and shipping production systems with strong CS fundamentals.
• Technical Mastery: Proficient in Python and the TypeScript/React/Postgres ecosystem.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, K8s, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Enterprise Integration: Experience with SSO/OIDC/SAML and security constraints.
• Communication: Advanced English (C1) is required for seamless collaboration with our international team and stakeholders.
• Availability: Must be fully available to travel to different cities/plants (primarily Torreón) based on project needs.
