This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will oversee sales and client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving company growth targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Capable of building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in understanding market trends and customer needs
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts
- Proficiency in CRM or other sales management tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in B2B sales, trading, or chemical and rubber industry is a plus
