- Ensure optimal resource allocation across accounts.
- Track campaign performance and business impact.
- Present data-backed insights and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Strengthen workflows and quality control processes.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and SLAs.
- Proactively flag risks and drive resolution.
