Your responsibilities will include
- Build and qualify outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach — primarily DACH market
- Research target companies, map decision-makers, and craft personalised outreach
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads using SPIN/BANT frameworks, and understand client pain points
- Schedule and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive / Sales Manager
- Maintain CRM with clean, timely data
- Collaborate with the founding team to sharpen messaging and improve conversion
- Continuously test and iterate on outreach sequences and value propositions
- 2+ years in B2B SDR / lead generation / outbound sales — in IT services or hospitality
- Proven experience working with clients from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — you understand how they think, communicate, and make decisions
- Confident German with strong written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, CRM
- Self-directed: you set your own pace and own your numbers
- Work with high-value clients in the DACH market and build meaningful, long-term relationships
- Use your German skills daily in real business conversations that matter
- Gain exposure to complex B2B deals in IT services and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with founders and influence sales strategy and messaging
