Role Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and strategic Inside Sales Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growth team. This isn’t a standard "volume-dialing" role; you will be the face of our AI product and solutions, engaging directly with C-Suite executives at some of the most innovative companies in the United States.
The ideal candidate understands that selling AI requires more than a script—it requires curiosity, technical literacy, and the ability to connect complex technology to high-level business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Outreach: Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Personalized Email) to secure discovery meetings with C-Level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO, etc.).
- The AI Pitch: Deliver compelling, high-level pitches that articulate the value proposition of our AI products, tailoring the message to solve specific industry pain points.
- Lead Qualification: Research and identify high-potential accounts and contacts in the US market, ensuring a deep understanding of their business model before making contact.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the early stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless hand-off of qualified appointments to the Account Executive team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends and the US competitive landscape to position our solution effectively.

Core Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Knowledge and experience in operational workflows in IT, HR and Finance is preferred.
- AI Fluency: A solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and the ability to discuss them confidently without sounding "robotic."
- US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of US business culture, regional nuances, and the standard inside sales process.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to hold a peer-level conversation with a CXO.
- Strategic Prospecting: Experience using tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working Night Shifts to align with US time zones.
