🚀 We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Capital Markets | Mumbai

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with Capital Market expertise to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in Capital Markets / FinTech / Back-office operations and a strong focus on client growth, this role is for you.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage and grow long-term client relationships in the Capital Markets domain using Dolphin Backoffice
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across brokerage, trading, and financial services firms
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and identify growth opportunities

🔹 Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell of Capital Market software solutions and modules
  • Build and execute account growth strategies aligned with revenue targets
  • Track, forecast, and report revenue performance at the account level

🔹 Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Program teams to bring in Capital Market client insights
  • Support onboarding and adoption of back-office and trading-related modules
  • Collaborate internally to resolve client issues efficiently

🔹 Market & Industry Expertise

  • Leverage strong understanding of the Mumbai Capital Market ecosystem
  • Stay updated on Capital Market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Provide recommendations to enhance product value for brokerage and financial clients


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mumbai-based candidates with strong knowledge of the Capital Markets ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success within Capital Markets, FinTech, or Software Products
  • Strong understanding of Capital Market back-office operations (RMS, settlements, trade lifecycle, etc.)
  • Proven track record in revenue growth via cross-sell and up-sell
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
