Position: Accounts, Analytics & AI Executive

CTC: 4L to 5L (Yearly)

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented professional who can manage accounts, business analytics, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong in numbers, accounting, MIS, and data analysis while being comfortable using AI for automation, reporting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Handle receivables, payables, and payment tracking.

Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.

Coordinate with auditors and internal teams.

Analytics & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Analyze sales, margins, profitability, and business performance.

Track product-wise, party-wise, and channel-wise performance.

Build dashboards and reports for management.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.

AI & Automation

Use AI tools (e.g., Excel AI, ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve reporting and productivity.

Automate repetitive reports and reconciliation processes.

Use AI for data cleaning, forecasting, business insights, and presentation preparation.

Improve operational efficiency through AI-driven analysis.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting, MIS, and Analytics.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).

Comfortable using AI tools for reporting and automation.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and accounting software (Tally/ERP/Zoho).

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.

2–5 years experience in Accounts + Analytics/MIS role.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and open to using AI for smarter working.

Experience in FMCG/D2C/startup environment preferred.
