Account Manager

Dental Account Manager（DACH） （w/m/d）, SHINING 3D Technology GmbH

We’re looking for Dental products(3D scanner and 3D printer) Sales with a track record of beautiful sales storytelling, a deep empathy for the market experience, and an appreciation for the practice of sales to take care of our DACH market!. In this role, you will work with our products, marketing and sales teams to define and execute the sales strategy for SHINING 3D. You’ll use data and insights to develop a strong point of view on how to continue growing our products sales and where the area should evolve to meet our sales need. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of SHINING 3D through a broad range of sales and growing profit.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned European countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies for the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customers meetings, and regional events when required.

What you’ll bring:

• Master degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in account management related dental business
• Strong understanding of DACH market and multicultural business environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and German;
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
