ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM - HLS Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients in the Healthcare & Life sciences sector. This role focuses on account farming driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts .

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & life science vertical.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
• Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
• Understand customer technical environments and evolving needs across HLS (Medtech, Med devices, Healthtech) domains.
• Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.

• Bachelor's degree MBA is an advantage.
• 14+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 8+ years in the HLS industry.
• Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
• Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
