In this role, you will work with high-potential businesses, helping them successfully onboard and optimize their advertising strategies using Google Ads. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving growth, improving performance, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions
- Increase client investment and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Handle a high volume of client interactions daily
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Fluent German (C2) + English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and relationship management
- Experience with CRM tools and performance-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with business acumen
- Strong understanding of German business culture and market dynamics
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy considerations
- Experience handling ROI-related discussions and campaign performance
- Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, PPC)
- AI tools usage in workflows

- Salary: €24,310 base + up to €4,290 bonus/year
