About The Role
As a Manager Consulting, you will make an impact by leading transformation management and organizational change management initiatives for clients. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management team and work collaboratively with practice leaders, stakeholders, and clients.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and deliver transformation management and organizational change management projects for clients.
- Drive key account expansion, sales leadership, and internal executive stakeholder partnering based on an expert understanding of emerging market trends, client business direction, and evolving regulatory contexts.
- Define a change roadmap including KPIs and milestones for projects and monitor change related performance indicators for overall implementation and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of projects.
- Work with the client Communications POC to establish communication governance and create a 30-60-90-day plan, map the audience stakeholder groups, channel mix, frequency, and key messages.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering or science related degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in transformation management and organizational change management within consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation programs, with a strong preference for supporting global rollouts of ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Hands on S4 HANA OCM experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience being a change manager for at least 2 full cycle lifecycle SAP S4 implementation projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate with large, global teams to gather requirements, drive process changes, and develop clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
- Successful track record of setting and achieving account-based engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving a matrixed organization of professional consultants.
- Ability to personally engage senior executives in discussions regarding domain-specific business, operational, architectural, and regulatory issues.
- Robust network of contacts and presence in target accounts, professional organizations, and industry forums.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to process complex information, analyze data, and align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Strong consulting skills, including communication, collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion, to effectively advise clients and drive change—even when facing resistance.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and improve business performance.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with expertise in analyzing market positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and understanding business models and financial indicators to craft actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies and diagnosing complex business challenges.
- Experience leading organizational change, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and managing resistance to change.
- Extensive experience managing and delivering consulting engagements, particularly in transformation and change management projects.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and the ability to provide tailored solutions and thought leadership relevant to sector-specific challenges.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Experience in driving business transformation initiatives across value chains, such as process improvement, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through contributions to industry knowledge, such as white papers, workshops, or webinars.
