Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
- Take care of L1, L2 tickets.
- Provide customer training and user manual.
Project Management & Execution
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product capabilities.
- Manage daily project activities, track progress, and drive teams toward key milestones.
- Keep track of feedback / corrections during testing process.
Technical
- Experience working with ERP / EAM Systems and integration is a MUST.
- Perform necessary product configurations for project implementation.
- Perform bug fixes and troubleshooting within the product.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, and C#.NET is a MUST.
- Strong experience working with Web Services, XML, and relational databases is a MUST.
- Ability to work with SQL Server and writing SQL Queries, View and Stored Procedures is a MUST.
- Hands on coding experience as .Net full stack developer for at least 4 years.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years as .Net full stack developer and 2 years of technical project management experience.
- Proven understanding of technical project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, MVP and C#.NET is a MUST (.Net Full Stack Developer).
- Strong experience working with Web Services, XML, and relational databases is a MUST.
- Ability to work with SQL Server and writing SQL Queries, View and Stored Procedures is a MUST.
- Experience working with ERP / EAM Systems and integration is a MUST.
- Experience with tools like Postman for WEB Services testing.
Nice to have Technical Skills
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Knockout.js.
