Experience Level: 5 Years (4 Years coding and 1-year Sr. Software Engineer / TPM role)

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Take care of L1, L2 tickets.
  • Provide customer training and user manual.

Project Management & Execution

  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product capabilities.
  • Manage daily project activities, track progress, and drive teams toward key milestones.
  • Keep track of feedback / corrections during testing process.

Technical

  • Experience working with ERP / EAM Systems and integration is a MUST.
  • Perform necessary product configurations for project implementation.
  • Perform bug fixes and troubleshooting within the product.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, and C#.NET is a MUST.
  • Strong experience working with Web Services, XML, and relational databases is a MUST.
  • Ability to work with SQL Server and writing SQL Queries, View and Stored Procedures is a MUST.
  • Hands on coding experience as .Net full stack developer for at least 4 years.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years as .Net full stack developer and 2 years of technical project management experience.
  • Proven understanding of technical project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.Net, MVP and C#.NET is a MUST (.Net Full Stack Developer).
  • Strong experience working with Web Services, XML, and relational databases is a MUST.
  • Ability to work with SQL Server and writing SQL Queries, View and Stored Procedures is a MUST.
  • Experience working with ERP / EAM Systems and integration is a MUST.
  • Experience with tools like Postman for WEB Services testing.

Nice to have Technical Skills

  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Knockout.js.
