Job Description
Rockwell Automation is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to grow strategic software sales for PLEX in Australia across medium to large enterprises.
Reporting to Manager, Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales cycle (6–9 months), close complex deals, and build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Win and grow strategic accounts for PLEX Systems
- Lead large, multi-cloud pursuits and negotiate enterprise contracts
- Build account plans and pipeline to exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to implement targeted plays
- Position solutions that align with customer goals
- At least 6 years' experience in B2B software/SaaS sales experience
- Experience exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
- Strategic selling skills and ability to engage at executive level
- Experience in value-based selling and managing long sales cycles
- Food & Beverage industry experience
- MES or manufacturing software
