This is a client-facing seat. You’ll be the strategic lead and primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial advisor clients, partnering closely with our in-house designers, writers, developers, and other teams of specialists to deliver campaigns that actually move the needle.
What you’ll do
- Own client relationships. Be the trusted strategic partner for a portfolio of financial advisor clients. Lead client meetings, set the agenda, present results, and proactively surface opportunities.
- Build growth strategies tied to real KPIs. Translate each client’s business goals into multi-channel marketing plans with clear targets for leads, conversion, and ROI.
- Run paid media that performs. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube — partnering with our paid media team to drive measurable results.
- Develop lead-gen systems. Lead magnets, landing pages, funnels, nurture sequences, and automated workflows that actually convert.
- Develop and build marketing campaigns that include social media content calendars, email newsletters and automation sequences.
- Lead AI-forward execution. Identify and integrate AI tools that compound our team’s output — workflow automation, content systems, prospect intelligence, and reporting. We’re past basic generative text.
- Coordinate across our team. Brief designers, writers, developers, and paid specialists. Keep timelines tight, quality high, and clients informed.
- Report and recommend. Prepare clear, insight-driven performance reports. Make the data tell a story clients can act on.
- 3+ years in a marketing agency or marketing-led role: You have served ideally as an Account Manager, Growth Marketer, or Marketing Strategist with hands-on responsibility for client deliverables and outcomes.
- Demonstrated paid media experience: You’ve planned, launched, and optimized campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn with quantified results (ROAS, CPL, pipeline impact). You can walk us through a specific campaign in your interview.
- Lead generation chops: You have built funnels end-to-end (landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture) and you know what makes one convert.
- AI-fluency in your day-to-day: Your AI experiences goes beyond “I use ChatGPT,” but you actively integrate AI into marketing workflows, automation, content systems, or reporting. Show us what you’ve built.
- Excellent client communication: You can hold a strategy conversation with a financial advisor, write a clear status update, and present results with confidence.
- Comfort with our tool stack: You’ve used some or all of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ClickUp (or you’ll come up to speed fast).
- Strong project management : You excel handling multiple clients, multiple deadlines, attention to detail without dropping balls.
- Experience marketing for financial advisors, RIAs, wealth management firms, or other regulated professional-services industries (insurance, legal, healthcare, accounting).
- A track record of introducing AI-powered systems that improved your team’s efficiency, output, or reporting.
- A portfolio that shows real client work and results — not just a list of skills.
- Bilingual ability or experience working with diverse markets.
- Want to be a strategic partner to your clients, not just an order-taker.
- Get energized by measurable outcomes (leads generated, pipeline grown, ROAS improved).
- Believe AI is the multiplier for the next generation of marketing, and you want to keep building that muscle.
- Like working remotely with a tight, collaborative team where what you build matters.
- Are committed to growing inside an agency for the long haul, (Not job-hopping every six months).
- Your background is primarily or exclusively e-commerce / DTC retail. Our work is service-based marketing for regulated professional advisors — the playbooks don’t translate directly, and you’ll likely be happier in an e-commerce-focused agency.
- Your experience is primarily events marketing, event planning, or in-person experiential work. That’s a different craft from what we do day-to-day.
- You’re looking for a pure individual-contributor execution seat with no client-facing time. This role is hands-on AND relationship-led.
- You haven’t actually managed paid media campaigns yourself, or your campaign results aren’t ones you can walk through with specifics.
- You’d describe AI as “something I’ve heard a lot about” rather than something you’re actively using to build leverage in your work.
