Backed by top VC firms, our client is a rapidly growing SaaS start-up that enables airports to optimize their operations and passenger experience. They are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to take on a hunter role focused on capturing new business, cultivating relationships and selling directly into airport operational leaders.
Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager
Location: Remote - Preferably based in eastern or central time zones.
Required Skills
- 3+ years professional experience in sales & business development, focused on hunting / Direct sales in enterprise model
- B2B SaaS and enterprise focus
- Experience with complex, enterprise sales motion
- Ability to lead full sales process, across prospecting, qualification, deal strategy and execution
- Experience running own demos
- Experience navigating RFP process
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Hustler / Hunter mentality, and ability to succeed in a start-up, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, intellectually curious, and experience developing long-term relationships with target buyer personas
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary (Based on experience & level), plus commission (220,000 - 280,000 OTE) and equity
