The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This on-site, full-time role, based in Atlanta, GA, involves identifying customer needs, developing account strategies, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include building long-term partnerships, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to clients to meet their business goals.
- Account management, customer relationship management (CRM), and client retention skills
- Sales growth strategy development and negotiation skills
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the transportation or heavy-duty parts industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, and travel as needed to meet client requirements
