As a Senior Product Manager – Platform Services at PointClickCare, you contribute to the vision and strategy of foundational platform capabilities that power products across the company, define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of APIs and shared services that compose into compelling value for our users and customers, ensuring overall success across the entire product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study.
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities.
- Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
- Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
