Requirements

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in similar sales/client relationship role
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and account performance metrics
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
• Experience in the relevant industry or sector
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive insights

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings
• Identify and act upon growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs
• Prepare and deliver client presentations
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
• Monitor and report on account performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities
• Address client issues and complaints promptly
• Develop strategic account plans aligning with sales targets
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations
• Track and analyze key account metrics
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Serve as the primary contact for account-related matters
• Manage account budgets and oversee billing and invoicing
• Oversee the completion of large contracts
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
