We are seeking a results-oriented Global Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across priority segments and international markets. This is a hunter-focused role for someone who thrives on proactive prospecting, developing new global opportunities, and expanding market presence, while also maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term value and growth.
You will own the full business lifecycle—from global territory strategy and market identification to negotiation, contract execution, and account development—while working cross-functionally across regions to deliver differentiated, value-based solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new market opportunities, partnerships, and diverse customer segments across global markets to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand international market share.
- Develop and execute a global territory and account strategy, generating qualified opportunities through disciplined outbound activity, partner engagement, and strategic campaigns while increasing customer diversity.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with both new and existing international customers, conducting regular business reviews and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Lead complex, multi-region sales cycles from discovery to contract signature, engaging executive stakeholders and structuring commercially sound agreements aligned with margin and risk guidelines.
- Analyse global market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory considerations, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives; collaborate closely with Market Research to anticipate evolving market forces.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership across regions to ensure alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and business objectives.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, KPI tracking, and CRM discipline, providing clear global visibility on performance and new business metrics.
- Apply advanced product knowledge—including design, specifications, applications, and system integration—to support tailored customer solutions and credible business cases.
- Foster a flexible and responsive commercial approach capable of adapting quickly to dynamic global customer needs and market conditions.
Qualifications – Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven success in a hunter or new-business sales role with consistent quota attainment, ideally in an international or global environment.
- Experience managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Strong prospecting, value-based selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills across diverse markets.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-border sales cycles and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Solid analytical capabilities and sound commercial judgment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
