Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage the full cycle of
group health and protection programs. This role covers everything from prospecting and
onboarding to policy servicing, renewals, and relationship management for corporate and
individual clients.
Responsibilities
- You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- You will oversee quotation, proposal preparation, actuarial and underwriting coordination, policy issuance, billing, and claims facilitation.
- You will recommend and customize employee-benefit or health-related insurance solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- You will monitor policy expirations, prepare renewal terms, and lead negotiations to maintain strong retention rates.
- You will coordinate with your internal stakeholders such as the actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
Requirements
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or related field.
- You must have at least 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits, group health, or life insurance account management.
- You must demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end insurance servicing, including policy administration and claims processes in the policy life cycle.
- You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-presentation skills.
- You must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Having prior experience managing corporate or employee benefit accounts would be an added advantage.
