Job Description :


Deal Desk & Commercial Operations

  • Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, and the Pricing Committee to structure complex, high-impact deals that meet both growth and margin targets.
  • Governance Enforcement: Ensure every quote, discount, and contract approval aligns strictly with established governance and revenue goals.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate non-standard deals for potential risk, margin impact, and long-term operational feasibility before they reach the final approval stage.
  • Sales Velocity: Drive total consistency in quoting and contracting processes to eliminate friction and accelerate sales cycles.


Salesforce & CPQ (Power User)

  • System Logic Mastery: Support Revenue Cloud / CPQ processes including the configuration of quote structures, pricing logic, product bundles, and automated approval routings.
  • Architectural Solutions: Translate complex commercial needs into scalable workflow and system solutions; tickets, you build the roadmap for the CRM
  • Data Integrity & Hygiene: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for data hygiene across the GTM organization, conducting regular audits of account and deal records
  • Reporting Infrastructure: Build the scalable reporting frameworks and underlying data architecture that drive pipeline visibility and forecast confidence for the executive team.



Qualifications :


  • Experience: 4–6+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth environment.
  • Systems Mastery: Advanced Salesforce expertise is essential, specifically with a deep understanding of complex reporting, advanced flow automation, and Revenue Cloud / CPQ configuration logic.
  • SaaS Fluency: Solid, fundamental understanding of SaaS-specific metrics, including the ability to calculate and interpret ARR, NRR, Churn, Conversion Rates, and Pipeline Coverage.
  • Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to navigate and influence complex stakeholder requirements across Finance, Legal, and Sales.
  • English Proficiency: Professional-grade verbal and written English fluency for daily collaboration with US-based executive leadership.
