CUSTOMER ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 2+ years of experience working in an inside sale capacity
- Dynamic personality
- A winning mindset
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience or willingness to work from home
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Initiate high-volume outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and
- inbound 'leads' (from website, events, webinars) to understand audience interest and probe
- companies to understand organization structure and important points of contact to further
- the sales discussion
- Convert qualified leads into closed sales
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers
- Reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales
- Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all
- interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
- Work remotely, commutable to a designated Concentrix Office in Costa Rica. Details subject
