Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer with expertise in Front End, you will translate visual and interactive designs into functional web and mobile applications. You will utilize responsive design and development techniques to create prototypes and perform hands-on coding for the application user interface.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Application User Interface: Leverage technologies such as CSS3, HTML5, PHP, JavaScript, and associated frameworks to create functional and interactive application interfaces. This involves using responsive design and development techniques to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Create Prototypes: Use hands-on coding skills to develop prototypes that meet design requirements and specifications, incorporating technologies like AJAX, JSON, jQuery, and Dojo.
• Implement Responsive Design: Apply responsive design techniques to ensure that applications adapt to different screen sizes, devices, and orientations, providing an optimal user experience.
• Utilize APIs and Frameworks: Integrate various APIs and frameworks to enhance application functionality and performance, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Perform Hands-on Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets project requirements, using programming languages like JavaScript and PHP.

アプリケーションデベロッパー（フロントエンド経験者）として、視覚的・操作性を考慮したUIデザインをもとに、Webおよびモバイルアプリケーションのフロントエンド実装を担当。レスポンシブ対応を含むプロトタイプ作成およびUIの実装を行います。

【主な業務内容】

・アプリケーションUIの開発

CSS3、HTML5、PHP、JavaScript および各種フレームワークを活用し、機能的かつ操作性を考慮したユーザーインターフェースの実装を行っていただきます。

・プロトタイプの作成

レスポンシブデザインおよび開発手法を用いて、要件に沿ったプロトタイプを作成。テストや改善を繰り返しながら、求められる機能や使いやすさを満たすUIの検証・調整を行います。

・UIに関する実装業務

AJAX、JSON、jQuery、Dojo、各種APIなどを用い、実装を中心としたフロントエンド開発業務を担当。ユーザーにとって使いやすい画面・操作性の実現を目指します。

・レスポンシブデザインの実装

さまざまなデバイスや画面サイズに対応できるよう、レスポンシブデザインを取り入れたUI設計・実装を行い、視認性・操作性の高い画面を提供します。

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Japanese Bilingual: Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening. Open to N5 level and above.
• Experience working in Japanese culture.
• Exposure to Front-End Development: Familiarity with translating visual and interactive designs into functional web and mobile applications using responsive design and development techniques.
• Hands-on Coding Experience: Experience working with programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, and associated frameworks to create functional and interactive application interfaces.
• Knowledge of Web Technologies: Understanding of technologies like CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, and Dojo, and their application in front-end development.
• Experience with Responsive Design: Exposure to applying responsive design techniques to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and Frameworks: Basic understanding of integrating various APIs and frameworks to enhance application functionality and performance.
• Must have skills: HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA + JIS X 8341-3), performance optimization, testing.
• Framework-Specific: React (preferred), Angular, or Vue; state management (Redux, Zustand, NgRx, Vuex); TypeScript.
• Amenable to work on a client dictated shift (day, mid, night) and open to work in any of IBM locations (Quezon City or Cebu).

・日本のビジネス文化での業務経験

・ユーザー操作を意識したデザインをもとに、レスポンシブデザイン・開発手法を用いて、Web／モバイルアプリケーションとして実装した経験

・JavaScript、PHPおよび関連フレームワークを使用したUI実装の経験

操作性を意識した画面開発に携わった方

・CSS3、HTML5、AJAX、JSON、jQuery、Dojoなどの技術を理解し、フロントエンド開発に活用した経験

・レスポンシブデザインを取り入れ、デバイスや画面サイズに応じたUI設計・実装に携わった経験

・各種APIやフレームワークを利用した機能連携やパフォーマンス向上に関する基礎的な理解・経験

・必須スキル：HTML5、CSS3（Flexbox／Grid）、JavaScript（ES6 以降）、レスポンシブデザイン、アクセシビリティ対応（WCAG 2.1 AA、JIS X 8341-3）、パフォーマンス最適化の知識、テストに関する知識・経験。

フレームワーク関連（いずれかの経験）：React（歓迎）／Angular／Vue。

状態管理：Redux、Zustand、NgRx、Vuex、TypeScript

・クライアント指定のシフト（日勤／準夜勤／夜勤）での勤務が可能な方。IBM拠点（マニラ・ケソン市またはセブ島）での勤務が可能な方
