Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our Clients’ technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop, optimise, integrate, and support Salesforce solutions, automation, deployments, and data quality.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite / Makati
- Client Industry: Property/Real Estate/Financial Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Configure objects, workflows, validations, and automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Maintain and improve system performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user issues.
- Ensure data quality, security, and best practice compliance.
- Support releases, deployments, and environment management.
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II) – highly regarded.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum – preferred.
- Willing to work full-time on-site.
