QA Analyst, Product Operations

The Product team plays a central role in driving end-to-end product development and delivery, from intake and prioritization of feature requests to testing, rollout, and post-launch monitoring. As a whole, the team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, ensure product quality through structured testing and validation, and maintain alignment with strategic priorities. Through strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and operational rigor, the team ensures that features are delivered efficiently, meet business impact goals, and continuously improve the overall user and operational experience.

Job Description

• Write and review Feature Request Forms (FRFs) to ensure clarity and testability
• Review and perform initial assessment of PRDs before development and testing
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and follow through to resolution
• Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs
• Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and obtain sign-off
• Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release
• Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation
• Support investigation and resolution of operational issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, testing, or product validation roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug tracking tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
