Salesforce Developer

The Role

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Commerce cloud and other Salesforce technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce development and configuration.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with other applications and platforms through APIs and middleware.
• Communicate effectively with members of software development and other project related groups to ensure processes and project objectives are met.
• Provide guidance and tutoring as necessary to other team members in best practices, tool use, and principles.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and experience with Java is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Engineer
• Intermediate skills and knowledge of the Salesforce platform and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Commerce cloud and Lightning Web Components.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a new role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• The candidate must be able to articulate ideas clearly and interact professionally with team members.
• The candidate should demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with Azure supporting IaaS and PaaS software implementations.
• Experience in software engineering with ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
