Senior Java & Spring Boot Developer

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Java & Spring Boot Developer to help design, build, and run secure, high-performance APIs for enterprise and banking systems. This role is hands-on and includes technical leadership, architecture input, and mentoring developers.

Experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage due to the scale, security, and regulatory requirements of the platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

Own features across the full development lifecycle, from design to production support.

Contribute to architecture decisions for cloud-native and distributed systems.

Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams in Agile environments.

Support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production stability.

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of Java development experience, with time spent in a Senior or Lead role.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging platforms.

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.

Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
