Web Designer (Junior)

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Web Designer (Junior) to support the creation of visually engaging, modern, and responsive web designs. This role focuses on executing high-quality website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with brand identity and user experience standards.

The ideal candidate is an up-and-coming designer with strong visual taste, capable of producing clean, conversion-focused designs similar in style and quality to modern, high-performing creatives. This role requires someone who can keep up with fast-paced creative demands and continuously improve their craft.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Layout

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and UI layouts aligned with brand and UX best practices.
• Translate concepts, briefs, and references into visually compelling web designs.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy.

Creative Execution

• Produce digital assets for web, including banners, graphics, and supporting visuals.
• Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and speed.
• Follow modern design trends and apply them effectively to outputs.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute projects.
• Ensure designs are developer-friendly and aligned with technical requirements.

Quality & Optimization

• Maintain high standards in layout, alignment, and responsiveness across devices.
• Support improvements in user experience and visual consistency.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, landing pages, or UI work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and user experience principles.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and modern design trends.
• Ability to execute clean, high-quality designs with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
