Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Consecutive Off (subject to change based on business needs)

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000

Work setup: Hybrid, Megatower, Ortigas (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven hands-on experience in C# development using .NET Framework or .NET-based applications
• At least 3-5 years of solid software development experience, preferably in a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or closely related role
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for application development
• React experience is highly preferred
• Strong capability in frontend technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Able to collaborate through pair programming while also managing tasks independently
• Comfortable working in agile teams where requirements, priorities, and releases are delivered in iterations
• Knowledge of API development and microservices is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset, clean coding discipline, and commitment to continuous technical growth
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Git, AWS, GCP, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with a team of software engineers with diverse technical backgrounds
• Develop, test, and deploy new features using a variety of technologies and platforms
• Develop bespoke digital forms, presentations, and platform tools
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
• Actively develop skills and experience through continual learning and evaluation
