As Head of Sales, you will be a key driving force behind Hanshow’s growth in Spain. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proactive “can-do” attitude, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business expansion.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies for the Spanish market
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities and key retail accounts
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
4. Lead complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations
5. Coordinate with presales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams
6. Participate in industry events and represent Hanshow in the retail sector
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Who are we looking for?

1. 10+ years of sales experience
2. Experience in retail technology, ESL, IoT, SaaS, or related industries is highly valued
3. Degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Economics or similar level of knowledge gained through courses and training.
4. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with the line of business representatives.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy.
6. Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese and Spanish
