Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full‑stack Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud‑native platforms. This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll take ownership of solution quality, technical feasibility, and delivery—working closely with product, business, and engineering teams in an agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain front‑end and back‑end applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
• Translate business and functional requirements into fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions
• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, promoting best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, business, vendors, and IT teams)
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, resilient, and high‑performing
• Review code, technical designs, and vendor deliverables to maintain engineering standards
• Support CI/CD pipelines, system deployments, releases, and post‑release hypercare
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements using emerging technologies

Tech Stack & Skills (Must Have)

• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python, or Java
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Cloud‑native tools: Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing
• Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs, event‑driven systems (e.g., Temporal)
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ways of working: Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with strong exposure to cloud‑native systems
• Proven experience delivering scalable, secure, production‑ready solutions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating in cross‑functional teams
• Able to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Relevant technical certifications
• Experience mentoring teams or providing technical leadership
• Background in complex, enterprise‑scale platforms

Contract: Project-based (1 year, extendable)
