Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, chain retailers;
  • Manage the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, payment;
  • Manage the annual marketing activities;
  • Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships and daily affairs handling.


Qualifications:

  • 6 years of relevant work experience in key account management, and have a certain understanding of chain retailers and dealer;
  • Great understanding in retail management;
  • Excellent oral and written English and German skills;
  • Responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, good team spirit, high execution ability, strong stability;


Work Location & Travel Requirements:

  • This position can be based in Germany or Austria.
  • If based in Germany: Hybrid arrangement with 1 day of remote work (WFH) per week.
  • If based in Austria: Requires one week per month on-site at our German office, with the remainder of the time working remotely from Austria.
