Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
The National Account Manager (NAM), Manufacturing, is part of our Enterprise Sales team in Switzerland, focused on one of Salesforce's top global accounts in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will lead a large, distributed extended account team — acting as the right-hand partner to the Global Account Manager, shaping a global account vision, and driving the full sales cycle across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
We are looking for a National Account Manager who combines deep manufacturing industry knowledge with strategic account management expertise and a genuine passion for helping enterprise customers unlock the value of the Salesforce platform.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Build, co-own, and execute a comprehensive global account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, identifying new business opportunities and closing complex deals with C-level executives and operational decision makers.
- Cultivate and grow senior business relationships across new buyers and business domains, engaging both customer and Salesforce executive stakeholders to foster meaningful connections at the highest level.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from pipeline development through contract close — leveraging internal resources including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners to support deal execution.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately while evangelising the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
- You have a deep understanding of the business and technology requirements of enterprise customers in the manufacturing industry, and can define and articulate compelling value propositions that address complex customer needs.
- You are skilled at building and nurturing senior relationships, negotiating complex deals, and operating with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- You are fluent in English — proficiency in German is a strong advantage for this Switzerland-based role.
- You have an established network within the Swiss manufacturing industry and direct experience working alongside a Global Account Manager on a top-tier strategic account.
- You have a passion for artificial intelligence (AI) and familiarity with sales methodology frameworks, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
