Best Egg, a tech-enabled financial platform, is seeking a Senior Credit Strategy Analyst to optimize credit strategies for personal loans. As a critical member of the Credit team, the successful candidate will use data and credit experience to drive strategy improvement, innovation, and investor returns.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, or other quantitative major
• Experience in financial industry, credit risk, online lending, near-prime, sub-prime
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, MS Excel, Business Intelligence reporting (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
