Bounteous is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and platform modernization programs. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise and experience managing development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience
- 2+ Years in Salesforce Technical Lead Role
- Core Salesforce Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs & Integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, Security & sharing model, Order of execution, Enterprise design patterns
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce RCA, Omni-Channel, Data migration and deployment tools
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
