Oracle Business Analyst III

AFL Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Business Analyst III to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial business processes specific to the Oracle application. The role requires close partnership with various teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business value, pursue improved technology functionality, and drive standardization across the corporation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field of study
• Seven years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, Assistant Consultant, or related role
• Two years of experience in project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management, and handling multiple deadlines
• Experience in Oracle Demand Management, Oracle Supply Planning, Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP), Oracle Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) or Material Planning (MRP)
• Experience with Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12
• Strong process orientation with experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology-based implementation
• Ability to train and provide support to users
• Strong business acumen: Establish and maintain effective relationships, develop business cases and ROI's for solution design proposals
