Dave is hiring a Lead Product Designer to develop its new BNPL product, Dave Flex, from early MVP to a scaled, trusted offering. The role involves leading design, defining product direction, and mentoring other designers. The successful candidate will shape the future of credit for millions of members and work with strong product, engineering, and research teams who value design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact features or products used by large audiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both deep problem-solving and long-term, systems-level thinking
• Experience launching new products or major features, from early stages through iteration
• Deep expertise in mobile-first design
• Strong visual design paired with practical UX judgment
• Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows. Actively pursuing fluency in new AI design tools and workflows.
• Clear, effective communication with cross-functional partners
