This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to own a multi-state territory and directly drive revenue growth in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Key goal: to increase both GP and current customer spend, whilst also bringing on new customers or expanding within current spending clients.

How You Will Help Us

As the Regional BDM (QLD/NT/WA), your mission is to exceed regional gross profit targets by maximising active accounts and increasing average customer spend. Your accountabilities will include:

  • Regional Revenue & GP Achievement – Hit and exceed gross profit and revenue targets for the QLD/NT/WA region
  • Account Coverage & Forecasting – Maintain visibility across all accounts and forecast customer spend accurately
  • New Business Acquisition – Prospect and convert new customers to grow the regional book of business
  • Account Engagement, Health & Retention – Build strong relationships that increase customer loyalty and repeat spend
  • Sales Pipeline Management in CRM – Keep opportunities, activities and forecasts current and accurate

Skills You Will Need

• Passion for Truck, Automotive & Machinery industries

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in an Account Management, BDM or Sales role

• Ability to negotiate and close deals with confidence

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and networks

• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise across a multi-state territory

• Confidence and ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams

• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid Driver’s Licence (required)

• Availability to travel regularly to customers and prospects across QLD, NT, and WA

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
