What You'll Do
You will manage and strategically develop defined key accounts in both regular and project business, including products, services and software solutions. Providing efficient solutions and technical support on construction sites using our products and services.
Alongside managing the main accounts, you will develop customer relationships across all connected locations by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding site-specific needs, and driving tailored solutions and incremental sales across the wider customer network, while working closely across multiple departments within customer organizations and collaborating internally with colleagues from materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in key account management or complex B2B sales environments
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels, including senior executives
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and delivering value-based solutions
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills to maximise productivity and customer engagement
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A proactive, team-focused approach aligned with values of teamwork, integrity, courage, and commitment
- Current driver’s licence
