FLR and FCR are the main key responsibilities where the % of the ticket resolved should be hignAverage Speed of Answer and abandon calls should be reduced.CSAT should be highOverall supportive and a key player for the team.Communication skills needs to be greatTechnical knowledge for Service Desk is mandatory

Qualifications

Qualification:

1) Should be a Degree holder (Graduate)2) 2+ years of Experience in Technical/Service Desk3) Knowledge required on Active Directory, SNOW, Azure, Bitlocker, Basic computer troubleshooting skills and Excellent communication skills
