As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you'll partner with various teams to build AI-powered systems that drive revenue. You'll work on our enterprise AI SaaS product, shipping code that scales our growth and sales motions. You'll audit our existing GTM stack, identify gaps, and start shipping against them.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack
- Strong product and design taste
- Commercial instinct
- Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
