As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will architect, implement, and maintain microservices that serve enterprise-class clients at high throughput, and leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate velocity, improve code quality, and ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in platform engineering, distributed systems, or software development
- 3+ years designing and implementing scalable platform services, APIs, and microservices in cloud-native environments
- 8+ years in Java Development, including object-oriented design
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI development tools, and distributed systems architecture
