About You
- Target & Expand: Proactively identify and target SMB & Upper Market level businesses in Spain to create profitable new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Generate new corporate opportunities through cold calling, research, networking, and emails.
- Expert Sales & Negotiation: Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions, providing targeted presentations to multiple decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Balance and organize your daily activity appropriately between prospecting and closing, meeting all KPIs through an effective sales approach.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain high data quality in our CRM system, taking commercial responsibility for the quality of every deal.
- Experience: Relevant sales experience in B2B Inside Sales or SaaS solutions.
- Track Record: A proven history of sourcing new business and a determination to exceed goals.
- Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus). You are an efficient communicator with active listening skills.
- Mindset: You are resilient, self-motivated, and growth-oriented. You feel comfortable working independently but prioritize being a team player.
- Determination: You have the drive to strive for excellence while staying open to feedback and coaching.
