turbalance is hiring an experienced, execution-focused Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and long-term enterprise account growth across the US.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from sourcing and closing new customers to expanding and managing relationships post-sale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position where you are directly responsible for revenue outcomes and account success.
We operate at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing infrastructure, delivering a platform and services to engineering, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders. You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach, helping customers design and scale GPU-powered workloads across cloud and data center environments.
Your tasks
As this role sells a technical product (platform and services) to a technical customer, experience and comfort with data center infrastructure, cloud, and GPU-enabled environments is required.
- Drive net-new enterprise acquisition through outbound prospecting and strategic account development
- Own and expand customer relationships post-close, maintaining engagement well ahead of renewals
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Develop tailored proposals aligned to customer infrastructure, workloads, and business goals
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise procurement and legal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC)
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights to product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Represent Turbalance at industry events, conferences, and within the broader AI infrastructure ecosystem
Your profile
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals ($500k+ ACV) and consistently hitting $1M+ annual quota
- Experience running full-cycle, consultative sales processes in technical environments
- Strong background selling into data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains
- Solid understanding of how infrastructure supports AI/ML workloads (e.g. GPU environments, data pipelines)
- Established network within enterprise infrastructure, AI, or cloud ecosystems, with the ability to generate pipeline through existing relationships
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders
- Comfortable building pipeline independently (not reliant on inbound leads)
- Experience managing and expanding enterprise accounts post-sale
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership
This is a remote role based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in or around the San Francisco Bay Area.
