Key Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager, Telecom, is responsible for managing the assigned key account for Tier 1
Telecom Carriers, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets, ensuring the
team works together synergistically to achieve the total region goals and objectives.
As a Regional Sales Leader, responsible for driving growth through strategic account management, competitive market analysis, and targeted sales planning. This includes developing and executing regional and key account strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals, while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include managing sales activities for assigned key accounts, leading new product introductions (NPI), negotiating RFQs and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams—including product management, engineering, and factory operations—to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery. Oversight of design reviews, system integration, and operational planning is essential to align with product life cycle milestones.
The role requires proactive involvement in customer meetings, resolving escalated issues, driving funnel growth, and ensuring forecast accuracy across all product lines. Additionally, responsible for consolidating business plans, leading cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability.

- Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- Ability to adapt to Delta’s unique and dynamic culture.
- 4-year degree (Engineering and MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of Direct Sales experience at Tier 1 Telecom Operators.
- Strong technical background with knowledge in telecom DC Power Systems, Generators, Cabinets and Batteries.
- Willingness to work late hours to communicate with business units and/or factories in Asia.
- Able to travel out-of-state and internationally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is Fill External Salary Posting Range Here per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
