We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer (UiPath) to support the development and maintenance of automation solutions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to grow their skills in robotic process automation (RPA) and work alongside experienced developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 Process Understanding & Support

• Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Support documentation of workflows and automation requirements
• Help improve existing processes for better efficiency

🔹 RPA Development (UiPath)

• Develop and maintain basic automation workflows using UiPath Studio
• Assist in building bots under guidance from senior developers
• Support integration with applications such as Excel, web apps, and simple systems

🔹 Testing & Troubleshooting

• Perform initial testing of automation workflows
• Help identify and fix bugs or issues during development
• Support troubleshooting for simple automation errors

🔹 Documentation & Monitoring

• Assist in preparing documentation (process flows, test cases, user guides)
• Monitor basic bot performance and report issues
• Help track tasks and updates using ticketing tools

🔹 Deployment & Support

• Support deployment of automation solutions
• Assist in resolving user-reported issues
• Ensure smooth operation of bots with guidance from the team

🔹 Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Participate in team discussions and knowledge sharing
• Continuously learn RPA tools, Power Platform, and automation best practices

Technical and Functional Requirements ✅ Must Have

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio or Orchestrator)
• Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of basic automation concepts and workflows
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in RPA and automation technologies

👍 Good to Have

• Exposure to Power Automate (Cloud or Desktop)
• Basic knowledge of Excel automation, APIs, or databases
• Familiarity with version control (Git) or Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2 years of experience in RPA, software development, or automation
• Internship or training in UiPath is a plus
• UiPath certification (Associate level) is an advantage but not required
• Good communication skills and a strong learning mindset
