Job Identification

We are looking for Key Account Executive to ve part of our Key Accounts, On-Premise team.

What We Expect

• Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor‑made programs specific to customers
• Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs & priorities and taking actions accordingly
• Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company
• Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior
• Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products
• Prompting related functions to meet the needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches and pursuing the process to be completed
• Planning recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs
• Providing coordination between customer plans and regions
• Contributing to process improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
• Fluent in Turkish and English is a must (both speaking & writing)
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales & FMCG sector
• Experience in Horeca (On‑Premise) channel
• No travel restriction
• Driver’s license (Class B)
