Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Account Manager, based in Indianapolis, IN, with the option of partial remote work. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored marketing solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and identifying growth opportunities for client accounts.
- Strong Analytical Skills, ability to interpret performance metrics, and proficiency in tools like CRM platforms or reporting software.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present strategies to clients with clarity.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage client expectations and propose solutions that foster retention and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or in account management is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with strong time management and self-motivation skills.
