About the Role

Join our team as an Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales and strategic growth across EMEA. You’ll focus on tier suppliers, re-packers and exporters in the Automotive and Heavy Duty aftermarket, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships and making a tangible impact in a high-growth industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Own key accounts across the region, identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships to drive revenue and customer success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, purchasing, product management, engineering to align strategies and support growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to provide actionable recommendations and communicate the Voice of the Customer internally.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account information in Salesforce.
  • Deliver presentations, reports, and analyses to support customer programs and business planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience (5+ years in sales).
  • Proven track record in the independent automotive aftermarket, ideally generating €5M+ in revenue and consistently achieving growth targets.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a high level of accountability for results and performance
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with sales cycles of 3–6 months.
  • Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to plan and execute account-level strategies
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.
